Welcome to the Graduate Student Senate Funding Page. In this you should find all items necessary to receive money and to get proper reimbursement. For those not familiar with the funding process, there are two ways to get funding. The first is through the budgetary process. This is for regular yearly expenses. The second way you can get money is through a Special Allocation. This is used if you have a one-time expenditure or are new to the process. Below are links that will hopefully answer the majority of all questions. After looking through the information, any additional comments, questions, or concerns can be addressed to the Graduate Senate at one of the following:

Special Allocation Request Form
Fill this out completely and submit to the Graduate Student Senate Office as soon as you have your event planned. Special Allocation Request forms are due in the Senate office the Monday prior to the Senate meeting where it will be presented. Furthermore, individuals submitting Special Allocation Request Forms should plan on attending an Executive Committee meeting the Tuesday prior to our regular Senate meeting.
